All fees, rates, packages, memberships, deposits, taxes, and payment deadlines will be disclosed at the time of booking, purchase, or enrollment. Unless otherwise stated, prices are quoted in Canadian dollars (CAD) and may be subject to applicable taxes, including GST/PST/HST as required by law.

If installment plans, memberships, bundles, or promotional offers are offered, the specific terms attached to those offers will apply in addition to these Terms. In the event of a conflict, the more specific written offer terms will govern to the extent permitted by law.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation and rescheduling rules may vary depending on the type of Service purchased. Unless otherwise stated in a booking confirmation or written policy, the following general rules apply:
- Private lessons and one-on-one coaching sessions must be cancelled or rescheduled with reasonable notice, typically at least 24 hours in advance.
- Late cancellations, no-shows, and missed appointments may be charged in full.
- Group classes may be non-refundable once the class period has begun or a seat has been reserved, except where required by applicable law.
- Refunds, if any, are generally issued only where expressly stated in writing or where required by law.
- Where a refund is approved, administrative fees, processing fees, or non-recoverable third-party costs may be deducted to the extent permitted by law.
If Northern Voice Studio Inc. cancels a session due to instructor unavailability, facility issues, weather, safety concerns, or another operational reason, we will generally offer a rescheduling option, studio credit, or refund as appropriate, subject to applicable law and the circumstances of the cancellation.
Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable consumer rights that may apply under the laws of British Columbia or Canada. If a consumer protection statute requires a specific refund, cancellation, or notice process, that statute will apply.
